Neal Adelman (Jerry/Screenwriter/Producer) writes plays, screenplays, and short stories. His one-woman play, ‘I, Custer’ was the last stage play directed by his mentor and greatest advocate, Mark Medoff. When Neal is not writing, he’s either fishing or trying to start yet another shitty rock band. His plays and short fiction have been published by Qu Magazine, Exposition Review, and Puerto Del Sol respectively. This is his first time acting for the screen.

Shelley Delaney (Director) has had a wide-ranging career as a professional theater actor (over 75 productions), director (over 30 full-length plays), new-play dramaturg, and educator/acting teacher. She’s acted in a handful of films,  but Truck Fishing in America marks her first time behind the camera. It’s neither her first nor last time collaborating with Neal Adelman! Shelley led Ohio University’s acting programs until December of 2020, and is a member of Actors Equity Association, SAG/AFTRA and the National Alliance of Acting Teachers.

Craig Holden (Producer): Craig’s sixth novel, Matala, was published by Simon & Schuster. He has been keeping busy, currently playing guitar for several Brooklyn based groups including: Ok Cowgirl, Fair Visions, The Plebs, and others. Jacob received his BFA in Acting from Ohio University and spent the following year at Actors Theater of Louisville. This film is very dear to him, as it has been a chance to re-connect with some lifelong friends.

Eric Young (Deputy Randy): Forensic Scientist by day, SAG actor by night, Eric is best known for his work on Criminal Minds and in commercials for such brands as Bank of America. His experience as a classically trained Shakespearean actor and thespian— including stage productions of Dead Man Walking, Death of a Salesman, Killer Joe and Dracula among others—afforded Eric the opportunity to meet and work with Neal Adelman on Neal’s play, Tarrant County. Truck Fishing in America is the first film Eric and Neal have partnered on as writer and actor—here’s to many more!
